We have a fabulous range of delicious products from SaltPig. They are a small award-winning artisanal company located in the Cotswolds, which aims to create the best salamis and cured meats in the UK.

Highlights include their Bolognaise Booster. Made from richly flavoured minced, cured meat, this is their secret ingredient to add depth to a bolognese, stew or ragu.

Their SaltPig Sobrasada is also a true delight. A spreadable salami with a gentle kick of locally grown chilli. Red Rye beer and freshly roasted red peppers gives a perfectly rounded flavour. Delicious spread on sourdough
