We have a fabulous range of delicious products from SaltPig. They are a small award-winning artisanal company located in the Cotswolds, which aims to create the best salamis and cured meats in the UK.

Highlights include their Bolognaise Booster. Made from richly flavoured minced, cured meat, this is their secret ingredient to add depth to a bolognese, stew or ragu.

Their SaltPig Sobrasada is also a true delight. A spreadable salami with a gentle kick of locally grown chilli. Red Rye beer and freshly roasted red peppers gives a perfectly rounded flavour. Delicious spread on sourdough

We are really excited to be co-hosting this year’s Big Squeeze on Sunday 20th September 12noon-3pm! We will be juicing the apples gathered from the Grangefield Community Orchard together with windfalls brought by members of the public.

You are invited to share in the pressing on the 20th September. Feel free to bring your own apples but do please bring a container so you can take away lovely fresh apple juice! Although it’s a free event, donations are welcome to Grangefield Community Orchard

This wonderful event will be in one of our barns so come rain or shine, it promises to be a great day
