Our new hens have arrived! We have just settled 400 new hens into their new home. Next time you visit the farm cast your eye over to our apple trees and you may be lucky enough to see them. They are still a little shy and getting used to their new surroundings
Fresh Rhubarb, Italian Beetroot, Tomatoes, Cooking Apples & Runner Beans grown in our own cottage garden now available in our “Egg Shed”. We don’t have many plants so they will only be available for a limited time as and when they are ready. We may also have the occasional Marrow!
We would like you to join us in welcoming another 16 pigs onto our farm! Six are from a Large White/Oxford Sandy & Black sow crossed with a Welsh boar and the remaining 10 are pure bred Tamworths. The differences between the two breeds are very distinct as I’m sure the flavour will be.
